Blue Ridge Partnership

During the February 18 meeting, discussions highlighted the importance of regional partnerships in strengthening education-to-employment pathways. These partnerships were identified as essential for connecting students with local job opportunities, thereby retaining talent within Virginia. The Blue Ridge Partnership for Health Science Careers was presented as a successful model, with suggestions to replicate its approach in other regions to enhance workforce development.
